Prenatal massage

Being pregnant can really put the drain on your energy. You are working for, carrying, and feeding two people! This gets tough, especially on your back, your tummy, and your legs. So, what better way to help yourself out than to get some great prenatal massaging? There are a lot of ways to go about doing this, and all of them are good ideas.

First, your guy would love to help you out with this. Ask him to run you a nice bubble bath. When you are done, have him rub your favorite cocoa butter lotion all over you. Your back and tummy will especially enjoy this luxury! And the great thing about cocoa butter lotion is that it will help reduce stretch marks and will help to nourish your skin.

Or, you can go to a massage parlor for a great prenatal massage. Your favorite masseuse can really work wonders on your back and on your stomach and legs. You can really feel more relaxed and de-stressed after a professional pre-natal massage.

Or, you can even massage yourself, to a degree. Of course, your back is hard to reach by yourself, but you can massage your arms and legs. You an also reach your shoulders and some of your back… though you will have to get some help if you want to do your entire back.

Basically, massage is a great way to relax, de-stress, and escape from the hectic goings of the world for awhile. You should get massaged as many times per week as you would like to. Maybe go to a professional once per week, have your husband or boyfriend massage you every other night of the week, and then massage yourself in the mornings?
